At RW Luxury, we take pride in providing a professional, secure and personalised delivery service for our luxury watches, bespoke jewellery and engagement rings.


We offer UK and international shipping, with private hand delivery available by arrangement.


Bespoke Jewellery & Engagement Rings


All RW Luxury jewellery, including engagement rings, wedding bands and bespoke jewellery, is individually made to order according to each client's chosen specifications.


Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for the manufacture of all jewellery.


This production timeframe begins once your order and design specifications have been confirmed.


Delivery times are additional to the manufacturing period and will depend on your location and selected shipping method.


Should any unexpected manufacturing delays arise, we will contact you with an updated estimated completion date.


Luxury Watches


Delivery times for luxury watches depend on availability, sourcing requirements and the location of the item.


For watches available for immediate dispatch, shipping arrangements will be confirmed following order processing and verification.


UK Delivery


We offer secure, tracked and insured delivery throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail or an appropriate specialist courier.


Shipping costs and available delivery options will be confirmed at checkout or before dispatch.


International Delivery


RW Luxury offers international delivery to supported destinations using DHL or other trusted courier services.


International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local regulations.


Any applicable import duties, customs charges, local taxes or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.


Private Hand Delivery


For selected high-value purchases, RW Luxury offers a personalised private hand-delivery service throughout the UK and internationally.


This service is available by prior arrangement and may be subject to additional charges.

Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.


All deliveries are carefully prepared and securely packaged.


Delivery Delays


While we make every effort to meet estimated production and delivery times, bespoke manufacturing, customs procedures and courier delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules.


Should an unexpected delay occur, we will keep you informed and work towards a suitable resolution.


Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.


Order Changes & Cancellations


As bespoke jewellery is manufactured to individual customer specifications, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.


Orders for genuinely bespoke or personalised jewellery are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation where the applicable legal exemption applies.


This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
