RW Luxury – Bespoke Jewellery

All RW Luxury jewellery is individually made to order according to each client's chosen specifications.

Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind on items made to a customer's individual specifications.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review all details, including designs, measurements, ring sizes, precious metals and gemstone specifications, before placing an order.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact RW Luxury so that we can resolve the matter in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
